Why it's hot: Did you see the invite? A strip of parchment-looking paper printed in faux-Hindi script and tied, via gold ribbon, to a silk-screened sheet of crinkly fabric. On the back of the parchment, ancient Egyptian ladies wearing large scarves stand around. It was very multicultural and that’s always hot.
The key trends, colors, shapes: India inspired, black, beige, brown, gold, grey, pink, purple, silk sari dresses, lamé, layers, brocades, jacquard, tapestry tweeds, smoky green.
